Hi, I'm Adam. I'm an engineer by background and spent a few years working in the tech team for a UK management consultancy. I'm great at getting to the root cause of problems clients are experiencing and solving them with creative, quick-to-deploy solutions. This is often transformative for businesses, helping them deliver better, or scale & gain market share. Now that I'm freelance I'm trying to turn that same problem-solving approach to the market - I love building stuff that addresses the "why doesn't X exist?" question. I'm a big fan of music, sport, emerging technologies and travel, so lots of my projects focus on those areas.

Notable Projects

Project 1: Digital Acceleration for Education Startup

Led a series of process redesigns which leveraged best in class digital solutions to save staff time, future proof processes and double margin. Included contracting, compliance, BAU operations delivery & more.

Project 2: Database Architecture & E2E App Development for World's Biggest Airshow

Led design and development of a custom app to manage attendees and their experience at one of the world's largest airshows. Resulted in huge saving of staff time vs manual management and improved attendee experience.

Project 3: Product Development & Strategy for HealthTech Scaleup

Took an emerging healthtech scaleup's sprawling capability and developed a repeatable product delivery strategy for one of their main offerings, helping drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
